We’re excited to welcome you to IngridFest 2025.

Our very own forest takeover, where Glastonbury meets Tomorrowland… but with slightly more sensible bedtimes, fewer questionable food choices, and slightly more GoogleSlides.

From September 1–3, the Ingredients will gather for three days of music, workshops, games, glitter, BBQ feasts, lakeside sauna sessions, and just the right amount of mayhem (the fun kind). It’s part festival, part team hangout, part “I can’t believe this is work.”

Leave your desk behind, pack your festival spirit (and maybe a warm jumper), and get ready for the most unforgettable*

work event of the year. (*Within HR-approved limits, of course.)

Ingrid Awards Nominations

Nominate your colleagues for this year’s Ingrid Awards! You can do this via the survey in Hibob. While winners will be announced at IngridFest, nominations are open to everyone.

The person with the most nominations in each category will take home the award — so take a moment to recognise and celebrate the fantastic work your colleagues are doing.

Deadline: Survey closed
Nomination link: Check slack, your emails or Hibob!

T&Cs: If there’s a tie, the P&C team and leadership will make the final call. Each person can only win one award.

Trip Down Memory Lane

Think back on your time at Ingrid and share a memory — funny, heartfelt, inspiring, or all of the above. We’ll share some of these at IngridFest, either in a presentation or by inviting you on stage to tell the story yourself.

Deadline: Survey closed
Submission link: Check slack, your emails or Hibob!

Studio Ingrid - Submit Your Questions

Same setup as previous years: representatives of the whole company will be on stage, ready to answer your questions.

This year marks Ingrid’s 10-year anniversary, so Ingridfest will focus on looking back and celebrating how far we’ve come, as well as looking ahead to what’s next.

You can submit your questions in advance using the survey below.

While the Studio Ingrid session will focus on the past and future, you’re welcome to share any other questions or comments too — we can address those later in a company-wide discussion.

Important: Anonymous questions can be tricky to act on without context. Please include enough background and details so leaders can give meaningful answers.

Q&A

When and where is IngridFest?
September 1–3, 2025
Somewhere in the forest surrounding Finspång (exact location revealed once you’re there… because suspense is fun).

What’s the vibe?
Think Glastonbury meets Tomorrowland… but with HR-approved bedtime, slightly fewer lasers, and workshops in the morning. It’s music, connection, BBQ feasts, lakeside sauna hangs, camping must- dos and a sprinkling of glitter — all wrapped in that Ingrid spirit.

Where will we sleep?
We’ve got ~20 teepee tents, kitted out with comfy beds and proper bedding. You’ll share with your fellow Ingredients, tent allocations will be shared next week. Think “fancy sleepover” but with less face masks and more team bonding.

What about showers and toilets?
Yes, we have them. Showers with hot water, individual toilet cubicles, and even some luxury porta potties for those who want to feel glamorous while… you know.

Do I need to bring food or drinks?
Nope! We’ve got you covered: buffet breakfasts, hearty lunch, BBQ dinners, daily fika. Coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks flow freely. Alcohol starts at dinner (beer, wine, bubbly) and we’ve got non-alcoholic options too.

Will there be work stuff?
Yes — but the fun kind. Expect Studio Ingrid, workshops and a trip down memory lane to celebrate all we have achieved in the last 10 years.

Also, Ingrid Awards are back! Our way of celebrating the legends of Ingrid — voted on by you, for you. Categories range from “The Rising Star” to “The Visionary Mindset”. Nominations and voting will open before IngridFest, and winners will be announced during our big awards night on Tuesday.

What’s the dress code?
By day: comfortable & weather-appropriate.
By night: whatever says “festival” to you. Sequins, wigs, band paraphernalia — go wild. (We’ll even stock your tent with glitter and accessories to help you out.)

What should I pack?

Weather: Early September in Sweden can range between 10–20°C — be prepared for cool mornings/evenings, possible rain, and warm afternoons.

All outside activities are optional.

Pro Tips

  • Layers are key – Early September can swing from sunny afternoons to chilly evenings.

  • Waterproof is your friend – Pack at least one layer that can handle rain.

  • Comfort first – You’ll be moving between spaces, so bring clothes you can sit, walk, and relax in.

  • Festival night – Go as fun as you want, but make sure you can still dance and stay warm.

How do I get there?

  • Two buses from Stockholm (11:00 & 14:00) on Sept 1. Exact time and location will be given closer to the date.

  • Return trips on Sept 3, timed for flights and connections

  • Poland flights are booked — the rest of you know who you are and you’re already in the travel Slack channel

Who can I ask if I have questions?
Ping Alex, Emma or Krzysztof on Slack. We promise we’ll reply before the glitter sets in.
